With a detailed analysis we have come up with a great combination for you: REHAU profiles + GU window hardware + GUARDIAN glass. With those three big names in the field of materials for windows and doors, it was not difficult to make high quality doors and windows. With our humbleness we have brought closer high quality windows and doors to many. Currently we offer LOW-EMISSIVITY GLASS for the price of regular float glass. By using low-emissivity glass with a soft coat, each month you save on gas 15 Euros per m² of glass surface, which for a 100 m² home amounts to 170-200 EUR of savings per heating month and that amounts to 900-1000 EUR saved yearly. Now you probably understand why cheaper windows and doors are actually more expensive, simply because their period of repayment on savings is too long and frequently surpasses the length of its lifetime. The frequency of damages and loss of the stiffness of PVC makes everyone who bought cheaper windows and doors regret not having a sense for quality, and for saving 500-700 EUR in a moment’s buy, but losing 3000-5000 EUR in 5 years.

Tenants of many buildings that were built by incompetent builders are now suffering because of cheap doors and windows, which don’t have all the necessary reinforcements. When someone tells you “…oh all those profiles are the same”, think of Yugo and VW Gold. Both cars do their job and last a relatively long time, but the number of concerns is greater with the Yugo, and maybe even three times more money is given on maintenance. Of course, REHAU colleagues would like their profiles to be cheaper and in that way sell a lot more products while at the same time keeping a high level of quality, but that is impossible. High quality simply must have a higher price tag.

NEW! NEW! NEW! Something we have all long awaited, HEAT REFLECTIVE glass i.e. glass for all seasons. The company GUARDIAN has developed a low-emissivity glass that has an energy saving function during both summer and winter. The glass is called SOLAR and retains heat during winter days, without reflecting it back. And during summer it prevents heat from entering, with a barely noticeably decrease of the lighting effect. Now with this kind of glass we save heat energy during the winter, but during the summer we almost do not need to turn on the air conditioning. If we take in consideration the fact that cooling is a more expensive thermal process than heating, with this glass we increase the number of moths during which we save energy. Windows with SOLAR glass in a house of 100 m² save an average of 1500-1700 EUR per year and very quickly pay themselves off.

Thermally isolated ventilation profile with a flap, an outer profile with a soft-line design is for usage on wooden, aluminium and PVC windows. The inner grid also serves against insects. Perfect wind and water tightness, and a complete thermal bridge are secured by a hanging PVC flap with a double wall, which is extended with a soft latch. Handling is regulated with a lever, rope or rod without a visible change of position.

As you can see, it is better to take a loan with a 7-9% interest rate, install high quality doors and windows with contemporary glass then carelessly enjoy exploitation for a few dozen years, and in 5 years do some other renovations or refurnish your home, with the savings you will make in that time.
