SANDWICH PANEL
as a panelled material has a range of significant benefits compared to tiles, asbestos roof sheets, tegola shingles
with basic maintenance it does not change its static stability for up to 100 years (unlike wooden beams which over time weaken and distort)
it is very important that worms do not go inside of steel, while it is difficult to preserve wood from wormholes
a steel construction is thinner and looks more elegant

A STEEL CONSTRUCTION
has a range of advantages over a wooden one:
- durability of 70-80 years – the outer sheet metal of the panel is covered with a multilayer protection:
- zinc 275gr/m2
- primer*
- plastisol*
- nice appearance – the panel stays beautiful during its long life span, without any stains from water and acid raid
- good insulation – the 50mm insulation layer of the sandwich panel is like the 250mm siporex one which gives significant electricity savings
- resistance to weather condition – it does not become porous with time, ice cannot break it, it handles strong winds extremely well, it does not peel off…
PRIMER AND PLASTISOL
create very good protection of the galvanized layer itself (the galvanized sheet metal would last 25-30 years, but when primer and plastisol are applied to it, its durability is increased to 70-80 years).
